What Should I Do If My Product Arrives Damaged?
When your order is delivered, please carefully check the packaging for any signs of damage. If you spot any issues, even with the outer box, be sure to document this when signing for your delivery. If you cannot open the package upon arrival but suspect it may be damaged, please write “suspected damage” on the delivery receipt.
Should your product arrive damaged, please email clear photos and a description to support@cafeequip.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund—typically within one business day of receiving your claim.
